Hickory Strategies Founder
Alleigh is a strategic and crisis communications specialist with experience in politics, government, and private industry.
Alleigh also serves as Executive Director of American Parents Coalition, an organization dedicated to protecting parental rights and reclaiming parental authority.
Before founding Hickory Strategies, Alleigh served as Chief of Staff to Air Force Secretary Dr. Heather Wilson. As the senior civilian advisor to the Secretary, Alleigh provided communications, congressional, managerial and policy support. She received the Air Force Decoration for Exceptional Civilian Service for her strategic counsel through multiple difficult high profile public events, guidance through more than 2,800 engagements, and her work to establish a robust process preparing Senior Air Force leaders for congressional testimony.
As a communications advisor with the 2016 Presidential Transition, Alleigh managed the public relations effort for the successful Senate confirmations of Former Air Force Secretary Dr. Heather Wilson and also Former Defense Secretary James Mattis. She then served as the National Spokesperson for the Department of Health and Human Services.
As National Press Secretary for the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC), Alleigh was the chief spokesperson for the committee and directed the communications strategy for battleground senate races in Pennsylvania, Ohio, North Carolina, and New Hampshire.
Alleigh also served as Communications Director for Senator Susan Collins, and as spokesperson for Governor Scott Walker and Senator Scott Brown. As a Regional Press Secretary for the National Republican Congressional Committee, Alleigh advised candidates and campaigns to help Republicans win the largest House majority since 1928.
Alleigh is a graduate of Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts where she also competed in cross country and basketball. She is from New York and currently resides in Virginia with her husband and four children.
